I liked taking Trixie with me just about everywhere I went and introducing her to new adventures.
One summer we went to the lake in Oklahoma with my sister Janet who chauffeured Trixie around on the golf cart.
It was heart warming when they parked quite a distance away and when Trixie saw me calling to her, she eagerly rushed across the expanse to say she was happy to see me.
Later we went out on the lake on their boat.
Trixie really enjoyed that experience even though I kept her on the leash because I was afraid she would jump out.
She never tried and just took in the sun and fun.
